The alt-folk musician Dante Hadden, from Vancouver (Canada), will be releasing the EP Most Nights on the 21st of December.
A five track EP of variegated dappled tracks that mind the listener of walking through a silver-birch copse in late autumn with the rays of the sun filtered through the sparse foliage and the scent of damp leaves underfoot as the roughly eighteen evocative minutes of the release percolate through mind, sometimes led by guitar other times by a melancholic pianoforte, yet always focused on the distinctive vocal.
The first song to surface from the EP – the title track and opening song Most Nights was itself released as a stand alone single on the 23rd.
Most Nights – Single – Dante Hadden is available on iTunes.*

Izek Rose is a melancholic-drift musician from the USA.
Slipping in to the room on fragile strings the first song revealed by Izek Rose – Most Nights – within a couple of bars has swept through listener filling their mind with a sense of overwhelming sadness, a despondency which, for its despair, is simultaneously an alluring cathartic presence the audience reaches out to hold in mutually comforting embrace.
A well balanced composition melting emotive vocal and mesmerising instrumentation transfixes the attention through Most Nights, a song that lasts less than three minutes though has far greater staying power.
Word arrives there are another three songs due prior to the end of the month. If Most Nights is a measure of what is to come, not ensuring there is a a stack of freshly laundered handkerchiefs to dry the eyes would be remiss.
