The latest release, which came out earlier in the month, Dreams (available on bandcamp) is an absorbing flow of spectral vocal surrounded by ethereal instrumentation in which the listener is entranced by its haunting presence and although lasting less than three and a quarter minutes affects thought for some time after fading in to silence.

Kick To Kill – Dreams – Video

It seems to be catch up time with bands I haven’t looked at for a couple of years, this time Kick To Kill from Scotland.

Although the line-up hasn’t changed Kick To Kill have added more gravity to their compositions with more emphasis on the synth, which allows the quartet to deliver music with a richer sound. A new single Dreams is set for release on the 4th August, in advance a video has been made available.
