The US anxiety-rock project Summer Houses released the three track single Somedays on the 20th.

Like chalk scraping on a chalkboard the three tracks bleed the ears with their highly strung strings and knotted larynx and necessarily will not be everyone’s box of chocolates – however the fact that I am recommending you spending time to get to know the single (available on bandcamp) alerts you that I do like the selection and am tucking in with some pleasure.
My pick of the release being the middle track – Between Then And Now.
Word also arrives of a début LP on its way in January of next year, which I am looking forward to hearing.
