The dark gloom of Existentialist, which is available on bandcamp, casts glum shadowing through the room and like straying on to quicksand the listener can feel themselves being sucked in to a vortex of gloopy entombment. Rather than struggling to seek release the audience finds the imperilment something of an evocative attraction and allows themselves to be submerged in the puddled drumskins, bewitching vocals and melodic interweaving four and six stringers.

It has been a couple of years since their last release and although they have been busy on the road the studio time can’t but help raise their visibility more broadly.

  1. I love the transition between 1:09 and 1:25. Great buildup, I like the song:)
