Holychild – Hundred Thousand Hearts – Single Review

The US electro-quirk duo Holychild released the single Hundred Thousand Hearts yesterday.

An extensive back-catalogue, which is worth investing some time to explore, discovers a duo who have the ability to create music that has a lemonade wholesome freshness to it in to which they tip half a bottle of vodka creating easy stepping springy electro dancefloor invitations laced with a latent kicker.

While easy to pass-by on casual acquaintance assuming an anodyne sameness that would be an unfortunate error as on spending more than a fleeting moment in company it quickly becomes evident these are artists who create the aural equivalence of a surrealist painting.
