The Swedish goth-metal band Beseech release the LP My Darkness, Darkness on the 4th of March.
The music buffs amongst the readers may well recall the name Beseech from way back in the ’90s. In 2005 their last, full length, production appeared Sunless Days and a decade passed with still only vague murmurings of some sort of reformation.
With an inevitably changed line-up – consisting of some old names and some new – Klas Bohlin (Vocals), Angelina Sahlgren Söder (Vocals), Robert Vintervind (Guitar), Manne Engström (Guitar), Johan Örnborg (Bass) and Håkan Carlsson (Drums) confirmed in the latter part of last year the rumours were after all true and Beseech were back – with a new album for 2016.
From the eleven track LP – My Darkness, Darkness (available via Despotz Records) the second – The Shimmering intimates of the more melodious, capacious and considered direction for Beseech.
