Their most recent release, the single, Dimension, which was released on the 2nd finds Apes in a more blues-rock mood. The pace is slowed and gruffly ballooning guitars sweep across the room to be accompanied by a bass kick that must have necessitated the drum-kit to have been anchored to the floor. The vocal, that pitches well above the rumbling accompaniment, adds a sonic contrast to the track and the three minute opportunity to play air-drums adds much to the day.
