Winding towards the number one spot on the Readers’ Selection on the New Year Ninety Chart – 10 to 2.
The more perspicacious readers will have noticed you didn’t get the opportunity to vote on anything – and that is quite correct – as with the Readers’ Selection for Band of the Month – the chart is made up from a number of stats from on-site and off-site activity – fed in to an algorithm and the results are calculated on those factors – not a – ‘voting system’.
The US mellow-wave creator Melvv collaborated with Two Feet in the track Not Me which surfaced a few hours ago.

Somehow appropriate for the 31st as over here in the UK it is mid-morning and minds settle to getting ready to party this evening and a track that slows down the pace a little – works particularly well – and will also serve as a salve tomorrow.
Combinations of the roots from the ’40s intertwined with ’70s funk influences allows Two Feet to deliver a sound that is marked for its distinctiveness.
First Steps is a decent place to discover what is self-evidently a talented creator, who returns after a five year gap. Two Feet is able to take what has become a much maligned genre, that has become a plastic shell of its originality replete with so called songwriters churning out ad infinitum the same dirge, to return it, within an eleven minute total running time, to its former glory and I look forward to hearing far more in the near future.
By way of an introduction – the second track on the EP – Her Life.
